Born in Skopje. He lives in Saint Nikole where he completed primary and secondary education. He completed his higher education in Skopje. Dejan Vladev, Macedonian by nationality, is married and the father of two children. He began his employment as a lawyer in the SIZ "Agro System" - Sveti Nikole, then worked for 6 years as a lawyer in the TD "Kartontext AD" - Sveti Nikole. For 10 years he was at the head of the AVRM in Sveti Nikole as the head of the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia - Employment Center in Sveti Nikole. He took over the position of Mayor of the Municipality of Sveti Nikole from the position of Senior Associate for Active Measures and Policies in the Employment Center - Sveti Nikole.
